What This Course Covers & How to Get the Most From It

Before we dive in, let me walk you through exactly what's coming and how to make the most of this programme.

This is a self-paced course - you can work through it in your own time, at your own speed. Some people will finish it in a week. Others will take a month and sit with each lesson. Both are absolutely fine. What matters is that you're not just consuming - you're applying.

After each section you'll find reflection prompts. Please use them. The educators who get the most from this course are the ones who stop, write things down, and actually think about how each concept applies to their own teaching. This isn't school, there's no marking, but your future students will feel the difference.

What's coming:

  • Section 2 dives into how adults actually learn - including why some people pick things up watching, some by listening, and some only when they try it themselves. This will completely change how you structure your training days.

  • Section 3 is where things get really practical. We cover demonstration skills, how to correct a student without denting their confidence, when to step in and when to stand back, and how to give feedback that genuinely helps.

  • Section 4 tackles the classroom - managing energy, keeping focus, handling difficult dynamics, and dealing with the situations nobody warns you about (the reluctant student, the frustrated student, the overconfident one).

  • Section 5 covers building your business as an educator - pricing, structure, what to include, how to market yourself.

  • Section 6 is your assessment and certification. When you're ready, you'll film yourself teaching a technique to a real person (a friend, colleague, or model) and submit the video to me. I'll watch it back, give you detailed written feedback against five clear criteria, and issue your Certified Educator certificate. No travel, no fixed date, no pressure - just you teaching, on your terms.
